Every colour is the original's own, cited file:line in each theme file.

Chrome moved to meet pardes's floors (text, syntax, ANSI untouched):
  monokai: focused tag ground #49483e -&gt; #59584f: 1.19:1 off the unfocused #3e3d32, pardes needs 1.5:1 on a dark page
  monokai: rules between panes #3b3a32 -&gt; #4a4941: 1.30:1 off the page, lifted toward the text to 1.6:1 (as colors.zig separatorOf does)
