+- Restore reads a clean file pane from disk, so a file changed since the
+  Dump comes back as it is now. An unsaved pane keeps its text, and if its
+  file changed on disk its first Save asks before overwriting. A dump holds
+  an unsaved pane's text once, and a clean pane's not at all.
+- A Rename the server answers in this file alone, while another open file
+  of its language still says the old name, is previewed and not applied
+  (zls renaming at a declaration does this).
